The following divert codes apply to BT services and some other service providers. Users of suppliers other than BT should check divert codes with their relevant service providers.
Basic Diversion
Diverts all your incoming calls to officereception.co.uk
To Set 21 your allocated officereception.co.uk number
To Check 21
To Cancel 21
NOTE: We handle many more calls for clients when their offices are attended than when they are not. The following diversion codes provide a Safety Net service. We strongly advocate use of the following codes.
Diversion on Busy & No Reply
Diverts your incoming calls to our Bureau only when your line(s) are busy or unanswered after 15 seconds (5 - 6 rings)
To Set 66 your allocated officereception.co.uk number
To Check 66
To Cancel 66
With 'Diversion on No Reply', the BT message Please hold, your call is being diverted can be suppressed. Call BT if required.
Note: Some phone systems have the star & gate functions configured for other functionality. This can sometimes be bypassed by plugging a standard phone into the auxiliary phone plug on the system to access your networks call diversion facilities.
